I just made my reservations for Hexagon 2013 or what they like to refer to as HxGN Live. This year’s event takes place in Las Vegas, NV from June 3 to 6 at the MGM. On Monday they are offering an extensive number of paid training classes. The conference has four tracks – Leica Geosystems, Hexagon Metrology and two Intergraph tracks, Process Power and Marine and Security, Government and Infrastructure.

Geoff Jacobs assures me he has been hard at work on the HDS agenda which will cover a wide variety of topics including a building project with over 16,000 scans. They are also promoting what they are calling “a revolutionary new technology.” That should be interesting.

1 Response to HxGN LIVE

  1. Ted Knaak says:

Certainty 3D would have liked to exhibit at HxGN Live as we have quite a few Leica C10 and P20 customers using TopoDOT. Unfortunately Certainty 3D’s request to exhibit was denied. One would think HxGN Live would want to support more successful HDS processing solutions as TopoDOT actually creates more demand for Leica scanners. That would be the bigger picture for Leica–well maybe next year. Enjoy the show.
