The opening session and keynotes for Trimble’s Dimensions 2018 take place this morning at the Venetian, a classy hotel on the Las Vegas strip.
The center of the geospatial world shifts to Las Vegas, NV this week for Trimble’s Dimensions 2018 user conference. For some this will be followed up next week with Autodesk University November 12 – 15. That’s a long time in the bright lights of the strip.
There are not many of the key words in my list that do not apply to Trimble. They cover a wide spectrum of the geospatial world and a lot more. Over the years Steve Berglund, CEO has acquired over 100 companies that make them a force in heavy construction, agriculture, mobile mapping, GIS, surveying and mapping – you get the idea.
I like the selection of inspirational keynote speakers from outside the industry. In this case there is Josh Linker, a tech entrepreneur, bestselling author, jazz guitarist, and top-rated speaker. His innovative examples of creativity, reinvention and hyper-growth leadership will keep you motivated and entertained.
Sarah Robb O’Hagan is the CEO of Flywheel Sports. She will be drawing on her success with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Sarah Robb O’Hagan shares the invaluable power of disruptive leadership, ongoing innovation, and bouncing back from major fails.
Dimensions 2018 is the best and only way to see first-hand how Trimble technology is transforming the way the world works for your industry peers around the globe. You’ll spend three days surrounded by 4,000+ partners, pros and experts, with ongoing opportunities to ask questions, share knowledge and have fun.
