That’s the claim by Lynx Laboratories an interesting start-up that is also looking for $50,000 in funding on Kickstarter. If your not familiar with the latter it’s kind of like a crowd sourced venture capital – VC funding site that is quite successful at raising money a few dollars at a time. In 3 days it has gone from $10,000 to $36,000.
The 3D object models that Lynx produces are “water tight” so they can be 3D printed. Just a few short years ago all of this would have seemed like a dream. Once the mass market gets a hold of this technology the pace of change is going straight up. It’s a very exciting industry to be a part of. The train is leaving, you have to get on.

Well – it isn’t the first point and shoot camera. Another company have made some software, that can drag 3D data out of a simple Kinetic for X-Box – and does it very impressive.
