Thanks to Bill Gutelius at Active Imaging Systems for the heads up on this. OGSystems is an information technology and business consulting services provider focused on solutions that create tangible value for our Intelligence Community and Federal government clients.
They have recently announced what looks like a very powerful mobile application that according to the product description, “LiMo brings LiDAR data directly to the hands of the user, including disconnected users in the field. It’s a lightweight mobile application deployed to an edge device that facilitates LiDAR viewing, data manipulation and analysis without desktop and server resources.”
The functionality looks impressive, but it can only handle 5 millions points. Have to keep an eye on this.
