LiDAR Sensor Integration and Data Fusion

Bill Emison from Merrick provided this link to a very detailed and highly informative presentation by Matt Bethel at the recent Optech User Conference entitled, “Sensor Integration and Data Fusion from a High Definition Helicopter Mapping System”. Warning – the file is 70 Meg+.

The sensor payload included LiDAR, Nadir RGB, Nadir CIR and Oblique RGB.  The data fusion and analysis is a must see. Definitely worth your time in reviewing. This is state-of-the-art.
