I have made it to Germany for INTERGEO which opens tomorrow – can’t wait to finally see this event. Had to stand in line for over an hour to buy a rail ticket, but other than that everything went smoothly. The largest food industry “fair” in Europe is going on this week, so the airport was crazy.
While I have a minute I just want to call your attention to a pair of important industry events taking place in Florida next week. The first is the FARO 3D Documentation Conference which takes place October 16 – 18 at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The agenda includes a wide variety of topics including digital heritage, infrastructure, forensics and much more including software and training. I will be there on Thursday.
Over in Tampa, Florida the GEOINT 2013 conference is being held October 13 -16. Despite the government shutdown, the show will go on as they say. This is just another example of the damage that this lack of leadership in DC is causing, but don’t get me started on that topic. I’ll be there on Wednesday.
Hope to see you at one of these and stay tuned for exciting INTERGEO news as it happens.
