Seems like the rumors were true. The Alice Labs website has the following message:
Autodesk has acquired technology from Alice Labs.
Customers needing maintenance or support should send an email to support@alicelabs.com.
This has the potential to be very helpful to Autodesk and the industry in general. I am hoping to get some more details. Stay tuned.
